18K Yellow Gold Vintage Ring – Oval Blue Sapphire – 4.9 g – Size 56 Elegant 18-karat yellow gold vintage ring, featuring an attractive volumetric design with diagonal lines and an oval blue sapphire mounted in the central position. The setting presents a worked ribbed design running along the top of the ring, creating volume and giving the piece a very distinctive presence. In the center, the contrast between the intense blue of the sapphire and the warm color of the yellow gold stands out.
