Rogers, Texas. $10 1882 Value Back. Fr. 577. First NB. Charter #5704. PCGS Banknote Choice Fine 15. Representative of a tough type and denomination for any bank in the United States. Bidders have here for their consideration a Series of 1882 $10 Value Back issued by the First National Bank of Rogers (Charter# 5704) that appears conservatively graded. Here signs of even circulation can be perceived while unusually bold signatures attributable to Cashier W.B. Thomas and President J.H. Wear offer a remarkable impression that's utterly impossible to overlook. In fact, bold signatures of a similar quality are a rare sight for contemporary Nationals from Texas. Between the humidity of the region and the effects moisture has on signatures whether they are stamped or penned make this note a real survivor that offers much in the way of eye appeal which should no doubt provoke a strong realization. Estimate: $1,000 - $1,500. Provenance: From the Jack Copeland Currency Collection, Part IV. Click here for certification details from PCGS Banknote.

Estimate:£448.51
