RIC VII 84. Rarity R4! City commemorative about A.D. 330-333. Heraclea Follis Æ (2.11 g, 18.22 mm). Constantinople, with helmet, and laureate bust of Constantinople facing left, wearing an imperial mantle Victory standing looking left, head turned left, foot on the prow, holding a sceptre and resting a hand on a shield, mint mark: [dot?] SMHΓ star.
