Ca. AD 1 - 300. A restrung necklace composed of rounded black glass beads decorated with multicoloured eye motifs in white, red and pale blue. Elongated banded agate beads form the terminals at either end, joined to a modern metal clasp. Size: 240mm x 15mm; Weight: 95g Provenance: From a private London collection; earlier held in an old family collection formed over the period 1960s–2000.
