Wedding rings were already known in classical antiquity. Even the ancient Egyptians and Romans wore a ring on the ring finger of the left hand as a sign of marriage, as it was believed that a vein, the so-called vena amoris, the vein of love, led directly from this finger to the heart. While many Western countries adhere to this custom, in Germany, Central Europe and Scandinavia it is customary to wear the wedding ring on the right hand. This pair of wedding rings is inspired by wedding rings from the turn of the century and was created in our workshop. The rings are made from festively shimmering platinum and feature a surrounding relief of rose petals and rose leaves. They are 2.4 and 3.4 millimetres wide respectively. They have rounded edges and are cambered on the inside, which makes them more comfortable to wear. The ring is available in different designs that can be combined with each other as desired. You can find all designs at this link.
