Vintage Italian-made rug, dating from the 1960s, characterized by a refined abstract geometric design composed of large circular and sinuous shapes, enhanced by intense tones of blue, light blue, beige, cream, and brown. The central motif creates a strong dynamic and almost sculptural effect: the circular shapes seem to meet and fuse through wavy bands in blue tones, giving the rug a decorative presence that is particularly interesting. The surface features a thick, very soft pile, with a pleasant three-dimensionality that enhances the design when viewed from different angles. The color combination, typical of mid-20th-century decorative taste, makes this piece especially suitable for environments with a vintage character as well as for contemporary interiors where it can become a decorative centerpiece. A piece with strong decorative character, of interest to collectors and enthusiasts of Italian design of the 20th century, capable of adding personality and warmth to a space.
