Sachsa / Glashütter Tradition The Sachsa brand is the official successor to the long-established “Glashütter Tradition” brand and faithfully continues its watchmaking heritage. It stands in direct lineage to Glashütter Tradition, preserving its artisanal values, precision, and standard of quality. The name “Glashütter Tradition” was revived in 1998 by D. Dornblüth with the entry “Glashütter Tradition Dornblüth” at the German Patent and Trade Mark Office. In 2009 the brand was continued through an acquisition and expressly focused on crafting unique pieces and small series. This emphasis underscored a high standard of exclusivity, artisanal quality, and individuality. Despite the strong recognition for its mechanical watches, production was discontinued at a later date. As the official successor brand, Sachsa picks up this tradition and carries it forward under contemporary considerations. The Flugwacht 01 model stems from older inventory and has been completely revised. *** Each watch is individually numbered on the dial.
