Seltene und außergewöhnliche Porzellan-Deckelterrine aus der renommierten „Rosenthal Galerie Edition“. Die ikonische, abgerundet-organische Form stammt aus der preisgekrönten Serie »Suomi« des finnischen Designers Timo Sarpaneva. Für diese limitierte Kunst-Edition diente der weiße und vergoldete Porzellankorpus als Bildträger für die surrealistische Bildsprache Salvador Dalís. Der schwere Deckel sowie der prägnante Bügelhenkel sind überfangen vergoldet. Die Wandung ist mit Dalí-typischen Motiven akzentuiert. Guter Gesamtzustand. Altersbedingter, partieller Abrieb bzw. leichten Oxidationen der Glanzvergoldung am Henkel und Deckeloberteil. A rare and exceptional porcelain lidded tureen from the renowned “Rosenthal Galerie Edition.” The iconic, rounded, organic shape originates from the award-winning “Suomi” series by Finnish designer Timo Sarpaneva. For this limited-edition art piece, the white and gilded porcelain body served as a canvas for Salvador Dalí’s surrealist imagery. The heavy lid and the distinctive loop handle are overglazed with gold. The sides are accented with motifs typical of Dalí’s work. Overall in good condition. Age-related, partial wear and slight oxidation of the glossy gold plating on the handle and the top of the lid. Includes the original accompanying booklet / certificate (Rosenthal “Suomi” Edition Salvador Dalí).
