"This lot contains visualizations produced with AI. Please refer to the original photographs to verify the actual condition of the work." This colorful acrylic painting on canvas embraces a marked aesthetic of analytical cubism and orphism, structuring a jazz band in full swing through a complex weave of polygonal facets and firm dividing lines that evoke the appearance of a contemporary stained-glass window. The composition decomposes and fragments the figures of the musicians and their instruments — recognizing the silhouette of a central banjo, a saxophone, and a double bass — in a dynamic play of abstraction and figuration. Dominated by a warm and expansive palette of yellows, oranges, reds, and purples with small blue accents, the work conveys with great mastery the dynamism, dizzying rhythm, and emotional intensity of a live musical session.
