Pocket watch from the late 18th century, about 1780, and we are in Paris, with a painting of men in a square scene. Master Watchmaker Sanchez, an extremely rare pocket watch with a Verge escapement from the late 1700s, in silver with a dial painting in enamel/ceramic. You can notice an evident but well-executed restoration to the underside of the ceramic at 6 o'clock. For the rest, aesthetic conditions are good. Regarding the mechanism, the watch runs well but since I have not tested it over the long term I would proactively recommend a cleaning and lubrication to optimize performance. The key is present but more recent, not from the period.
