Santicri has participated in numerous art exhibitions of international significance. Among the most noteworthy, in 2022 he exhibited his works at the prestigious Palazzo Grillo in Genoa, and in 2023 he was present at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) in New York, thus expanding his visibility in both national and international contexts. Santicri was recognized among the Best-Selling Artists of 2024 by Artmayeur, one of the most renowned platforms in the art world. In the same year, he was also listed among the top three most searched names on the Catawiki platform, another sign of the growing appreciation for his work. These recognitions highlight the extraordinary talent and the ever-increasing visibility of Santicri in the contemporary art scene. Technique: Resin and marble powder Measurements: H13 x L15 x P13 cm Condition: new Certificate of authenticity - hand-signed Edition: limited edition 100ex A simple, recognizable figure is transformed into something different. The teddy bear, a symbol of affection and protection, maintains its shape but loses its function: it is no longer something to touch or to live with lightly. The surface completely changes the perception of the work. What from a distance appears familiar, up close becomes more distant, almost inaccessible. This creates a direct contrast between what we know and what we see. The work plays precisely on this tension: on the one hand it attracts, on the other it keeps at a distance. In this way, an image tied to childhood is reinterpreted in a contemporary key, becoming something more complex and less reassuring. SHIPPING INSURED! The serial number may not correspond to the one in the photo. Born in 1992 in Macerata, Marche, the Italian artist followed a path that, between studies in Geometrics and Architecture, led him to collaborate with a resin sculpture artisan. There arose an increasingly strong need to find himself and unleash his creativity. His works are sold worldwide, collaborating with galleries in Italy and Europe.
