Santicri (1992) - Running out (No Reserve)

Santicri has participated in numerous art exhibitions of international renown. Among the most significant, in 2022 he exhibited his works at the prestigious Palazzo Grillo in Genoa, and in 2023 he was present at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) in New York, thereby expanding his visibility in both national and international contexts. Santicri was recognized among the Best-Selling Artists of 2024 by Artmayeur, one of the most renowned platforms in the art world. In the same year, he was also listed among the top three most searched names on the Catawiki platform, another sign of growing appreciation for his work. These accolades highlight the extraordinary talent and the ever-growing visibility of Santicri in the contemporary art scene. Technical: resin Dimensions: H26 x L6 x P16 cm Condition: new Certificate of authenticity - hand-signed Edition: open edition Limited edition SOLD OUT With its simplicity, the artist invites reflection on the deeper meaning of everyday objects. The faucet, common in our homes, suspended and not connected, symbolizes disconnection and the monotony of modern life. The water drop that falls adds movement and life, contrasting with the faucet’s immobility and recalling nature and evolution. This work challenges the viewer to find beauty and meaning even in the most banal objects, opening space for multiple interpretations, typical of contemporary art. The piece is prepared for wall mounting via a dedicated hook. Professional insured shipping. The progressive number may not correspond to the one shown in the photo. The artist established himself in 2024 as one of the most sought-after names on Catawiki, immediately following icons like Kaws and Banksy. His art stands out in an exclusive context that includes other categories of excellence, such as Rolex, Lego, Louis Vuitton, Porsche, Eames, Macallan, Tintin, Cartier and Pokémon. A talent recognized not only for its creative value but also as one of the most promising investments of the year. Born in 1992 in Macerata, Marche, the Italian artist followed a path that, between studies in Geometer and Architecture, led him to collaborate with a craftsman making resin sculptures. There arose the increasingly strong need to find himself and unleash his creativity. His works are sold worldwide, collaborating with galleries in Italy and Europe. His art is widely appreciated and cannot be missing among collectors of paintings and sculptures of street art, pop art, and contemporary art. "It is never easy to classify one’s art; I try to convey what my eyes see, my way of seeing what surrounds me, and I rework it with a design that blends well with modern times: impactful and memorable."
