Santicri has participated in numerous art exhibitions of international renown. Among the most significant, in 2022 he exhibited his works at the prestigious Palazzo Grillo in Genoa, and in 2023 he was present at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) in New York, thus expanding his visibility in both national and international contexts. Santicri was recognized among the Best-Selling Artists of 2024 by Artmayeur, one of the most renowned platforms in the art world. In the same year, he was also included among the top three most searched names on the Catawiki platform, another sign of the growing appreciation for his work. These recognitions highlight the extraordinary talent and the increasing visibility of Santicri in the contemporary artistic panorama. Santicri Mixed media Dimensions: 90x50x15 cm Certificate of authenticity - hand-signed Edition A.P. 2/3 of 8 This work tensioned bidimensional and tridimensional through the physical intervention of the Control device, which breaks the surface and releases a real chromatic flow. The pop pattern of the smiles, symbol of lightness and positivity, is thus subjected to pressure and put in crisis, transforming the smile into an ambiguous and unstable signal. The encounter between image, matter and object generates a visual short circuit between irony and unease, where color seduces while the concept interrogates: is happiness really spontaneous, or is it a regulated flow? SHIPPING INSURED! The package is carefully boxed, the drop is shipped separately from the faucet, to be screwed onto the faucet (by hand), so as to guarantee a safer shipment. The artist established himself in 2024 as one of the most sought-after names on Catawiki, immediately ranking after icons like Kaws and Banksy. His art stands out in an exclusive context that includes other categories of excellence, such as Rolex, Lego, Louis Vuitton, Porsche, Eames, Macallan, Tintin, Cartier and Pokémon. A talent recognized not only for its creative value but also as one of the most promising investments of the year. Born in 1992 in Macerata, Marche, the Italian artist pursued a path that, between studies in surveying and architecture, led him to collaborate with an artisan of resin sculptures. There arose the increasingly strong need to find himself and unleash his creativity. His works are sold worldwide, collaborating with galleries in Italy and Europe. His art is widely appreciated and cannot be missing among collectors of paintings and sculptures of street art, pop art, contemporary art. "It is never easy to classify one’s art; I try to convey what my eyes see, my way of seeing what surrounds me, and I rework it with a design that suits modern times: impactful and memorable."
