Add a touch of timeless elegance to your collection with this wonderful decorative fan, crafted with the legendary technique of Toledo damascening (damaschinatura). A miniature artwork that enchants at first sight: the darkened steel surface creates a magnetic and deep contrast with the rich golden engravings, depicting detailed floral motifs, elegant birds in flight, and a evocative landscape in the background. Placed on its elegant golden stand, this object is not a mere decorative element, but a true focal point capable of enriching any display case, desk, or library. This extraordinary decorative technique, introduced in Spain during the Arab domination and perfected over centuries by the master artisans of Toledo, consists of hand-insetting ultra-thin gold and silver wires or leaves onto a base of patinated steel. Supplied complete with its coordinated display stand. Real Toledo damascene objects from the second half of the 20th century are increasingly sought after by collectors of decorative art and vintage items for their quality and rarity.
