Sculpture, mooie poserende dame - 38 cm - marble bronze

The bronze statue 'First Shiver' (sometimes called 'The First Shiver') is a classical, monumental sculpture of a standing, nude female figure on a marble pedestal This bronze statue under the title "First Shiver" aligns with that shift: the figure stands upright, but the arms are drawn toward the head in a gesture of self-protection or introspection, the gaze directed downward. It is a portrait of a moment of awareness. The warm golden-brown patina is evenly polished and clearly reveals every curve of the body: the rounding of the shoulders, the line of the spine, the slight tension in the arms. There is no excessive detailing — the sculpture has chosen a surface that emphasizes the major forms and makes the small anatomical details subordinate to the whole. an eye-catcher in any room is packed and shipped with great care
