Vintage Murano glass sculpture of a tropical angelfish with the original label A vintage piece with a strong visual impact, depicting a tropical angelfish, handcrafted in Murano in the second half of the twentieth century, roughly around the seventies or eighties. The work was produced using the refined submerged glass technique, where an internal core characterized by suggestive fluid blues and greens is encased within a generous layer of transparent crystal, shaped and ground cold to impart depth and extraordinary three-dimensional plays of light. The sculpture retains the intact original red paper label on the front reading Made in Murano Italy, attesting to its origin and commercial provenance. The sculpture is in excellent vintage condition, the glass maintains optimal transparency and brilliance, and there are no chips, cracks, or restorations of any kind. The vintage-era label on the front is clearly visible and present. Please carefully review the attached photographs, which are an integral part of and visual description for the lot.
