Sculpture, Sedes sapientiae / Beieren Nürnberg - 57 cm - Wood - 1500

Very beautiful Madonna with child, presumably from Bavaria, Nuremberg, with later polychromy present. The statue has very beautiful folds of drapery and a wonderfully expressive face. Period between 1450-1500. May leave my private collection. I bought the statue at a German auction. Good luck!

Estimate:£3,350.36
