SEIKO 5 SPORTS SKX “TIME SONAR” – TRANSLUCENT BLUE DIAL – AUTOMATIC – NEW – SRPJ45K1 --- DESCRIPTION Brand-new Seiko 5 Sports SKX “Time Sonar” SRPJ45K1, an eye-catching automatic sports watch inspired by Seiko's legendary Time Sonar models from the 1970s. This distinctive model combines the iconic SKX-inspired case design with a spectacular translucent turquoise-blue dial, allowing the underlying rotating day and date discs to remain partially visible. This unusual feature creates a fascinating mechanical effect and gives the watch a unique appearance that sets it apart from conventional Seiko 5 Sports models. The dial features concentric detailing, prominent LumiBrite hour markers, bold luminous hands and a contrasting orange-red seconds hand. The day-date display at 3 o'clock includes a bilingual English-Spanish calendar. The striking two-tone blue and black unidirectional rotating bezel complements the translucent dial, while the stainless steel case and matching bracelet provide the robust construction associated with Seiko's sports watches. Inside beats the reliable Seiko calibre 4R36, a 24-jewel automatic movement offering approximately 41 hours of power reserve, manual winding and hacking seconds. The movement can be admired through the transparent exhibition caseback. Presented in brand-new condition, complete with its original Seiko presentation box, outer packaging and original hang tag. An excellent opportunity to acquire a distinctive modern Seiko automatic watch combining vintage-inspired aesthetics, contemporary reliability and an exceptional dial design. --- TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS * Brand: Seiko * Collection: Seiko 5 Sports – SKX Series * Model: Time Sonar / Skeleton Style * Reference: SRPJ45K1 * Case reference: 4R36-13N0 * Period: 2020s (model introduced in 2022) * Condition: New * Movement: Seiko calibre 4R36 * Movement type: Automatic mechanical, with manual winding * Jewels: 24 * Power reserve: Approximately 41 hours * Frequency: 21,600 vibrations per hour * Functions: Hours, minutes, central seconds, day and date * Case material: Stainless steel * Case diameter (excluding crown): 42.3 mm * Case diameter (including crown): 45.5 mm * Case thickness: Approximately 13.4 mm * Dial: Translucent turquoise-blue with visible calendar discs * Hands: Luminous silver-tone hands with orange-red seconds hand * Hour markers: Applied indices with LumiBrite * Bezel: Blue and black unidirectional rotating bezel * Crystal: Seiko Hardlex * Caseback: Screw-down exhibition caseback displaying the automatic movement * Crown: Positioned at approximately 4 o'clock * Bracelet: Original Seiko stainless steel bracelet * Clasp: Seiko-signed folding clasp with safety lock * Water resistance: 100 metres / 10 bar (manufacturer's specification; not independently pressure-tested) --- CONDITION New. * Brand-new and unworn watch. * Excellent original cosmetic condition. * Stainless steel case, bezel, crystal and bracelet in pristine visual condition. * Beautiful translucent blue dial in perfect visual condition. * Original Seiko stainless steel bracelet and signed clasp. * Original Seiko hang tag still attached. * Automatic movement in working order. * No modifications or restoration. * Please examine all photographs carefully, as they form an integral part of the description. --- INCLUDED IN THE SALE * Seiko 5 Sports SKX Time Sonar SRPJ45K1 automatic watch. * Original Seiko stainless steel bracelet. * Original Seiko presentation box. * Original Seiko outer packaging. * Original Seiko hang tag. --- SHIPPING The watch will be carefully and securely packaged to ensure maximum protection during transportation. * Tracked and insured shipping. * Professional protective packaging. * International shipping available. * Shipped from Spain.
