This elegant Hollywood Regency-style serving table, produced in the second half of the 20th century, perfectly embodies the taste for refined luxury and the stage glamour that defined this decorative trend inspired by the sophistication of great North American interiors. Its structure, executed in brass or gilded bronze, combines clean lines and balanced proportions with ornamental details inspired by classical motifs, achieving a distinguished presence without sacrificing visual lightness. The design centers on two transparent glass surfaces that provide luminosity and allow full appreciation of the piece's metal architecture. The upper shelf, generously sized, offers an elegant surface for service, while the middle shelf introduces a practical space for support, framed by a delicate twisted edge that adds decorative richness and emphasizes the craftsmanship quality of the set. The vertical supports culminate in refined neoclassical-inspired volutes, a characteristic motif of the Hollywood Regency language, reinterpreting classical elements with glossy finishes and noble materials. A fine system of cross braces provides structural stability while introducing an appealing geometric rhythm to the composition. The base incorporates a light-toned travertine marble platform, whose natural texture and subtle veining harmonize with the warm glow of the gilded metal and the transparency of the crystals. This detail not only reinforces the sense of luxury but also adds visual weight and balance to the ensemble. The piece is completed by its integrated wheels, which allow easy movement while preserving all its elegant functionality. Sophisticated and versatile, this serving table constitutes a superb example of mid-to-late 20th-century decorative design, capable of integrating into both classic and contemporary interiors, adding a note of timeless glamour, refinement, and exclusivity. Certified shipping and careful packaging.
