SET OF TWO "SENATE COMMITTEE CHAIRS" by Pierre JEANNERET (1896–1967) Made of teak, with a flat, sloping backrest and a side-compass base with tapered legs. Detachable armrests with padded armrests. Seat, backrest, and armrests upholstered in a fabric featuring tropical motifs. Circa 1955. Slight variations from one chair to another Dimensions: H: 87; W: 59; D: 59 cm approx.
