Seven traditional tribal mutsjes (caps) or head coverings. China, Beijing and surrounding areas. SEVEN vintage mutsjes, 15-20 cm in diameter and 7-9 cm high. Cotton, fabric, EMBROIDERED, sturdy cloth, velvet, silk. Naturally HANDMADE. Distinctive motifs, designs and patterns. Colorful, varied appearance. For adults and for children. In good condition, with noticeable signs of wear on some hats. Collected around 1995 during a round trip through China. Also stamped with an export lacquer seal, due to antique or vintage condition.
