Lot offered of two pieces The opportunity to own the very first piece manufactured by OBEY: Antique brass piece by Shepard Fairey (decision technology). 3.8 cm antique brass collectible, limited edition, signed by Shepard Fairey, to help you choose between democracy and despotism! “We have been collaborating with Obey for over ten years on the most important movements of our time, and for the year ahead, few are more important than safeguarding our democracy. Contemporary activist and graphic artist, Shepard Fairey is best known for the Hope campaign of 2008, during Barack Obama’s presidential campaign. Born in Charleston, South Carolina, he rose to prominence in the 1990s with his “Obey” series while studying at the Rhode Island School of Design. Shepard Fairey (Obey Giant) is one of the major players in street art, alongside Blek le Rat, Banksy, Jef Aerosol, C215, Faith47, Keith Haring, JR, KAWS, Miss Tic, Mr Brainwash, Space Invader, Taki 183…
