Screenprint on heavy cream Speckletone fine art paper, from the ENDANGERED project on the collapse of global biodiversity, with all proceeds going to the Cheetah Conservation Fund. Edition of 500, hand-signed and dated '21 in pencil lower right, and numbered 3/500 lower left: a very low number in the edition. Sold out on release. Acquired directly from the ENDANGERED project in 2021 and kept unframed. Publisher: Obey Giant, through the ENDANGERED project Dimensions: 45.7 x 61 cm (18 x 24 in) Condition: excellent, unframed, never displayed Shipping: flat between rigid boards, never rolled, tracked and insured About the artist Shepard Fairey (born 1970, Charleston, South Carolina) studied at the Rhode Island School of Design, where he started the sticker campaign that became OBEY. He works in screenprint, stencil and mural, in a palette drawn from propaganda posters. A version of his 2008 HOPE portrait of Barack Obama is held by the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery.
