Beautiful piece of maritime history! This authentic three-blade ship propeller was cast in 1942 by the renowned English manufacturer J. Stone & Co. in Deptford (London) and is in very nice condition with a warm patina. J. Stone & Co. was an important British producer of ship propellers and supplied large numbers of propellers to the British shipping and war industries during that period. Thanks to the clear and deeply impressed markings, the history of this propeller can be read immediately. A unique collectible or a striking element for a nautical/industrial interior, office, man cave or hospitality venue. Details & Specifications: Diameter (DIA): 1' 7" (approx. 48 cm) Pitch (PITCH): 1' 2" (approx. 35.5 cm) Rotation direction: Left-handed (LH) Coding: 27422 / LH81 In very good vintage/antique condition with light signs of use fitting the age and maritime origin.
