Vintage ship's clock A distinctive vintage ship's clock from around the 1980s, originally used aboard cargo ships and supertankers as a slave clock. These clocks were driven from a central master clock and formed part of the onboard time-keeping system. The clock is made of glass, metal and oven enamel and has a characteristic maritime appearance. Dimensions: * Length: 21 cm * Width: 21 cm * Height: 8 cm The original movement has been replaced with a modern quartz movement, powered by a single AA battery. This makes the clock immediately functional and suitable as a decorative object. A special piece for lovers of maritime memorabilia, ship interiors and vintage industrial design. The photos are example photos; the actual clock may differ slightly. The clock is carefully and attentively packed and shipped with Track & Trace.
