Siehe Foto - Tin toy car - Mercedes Benz Polizei - 1970-1980 - Germany

Hello everyone, I am selling here a rare find for collectors of antique tin toys: a Mercedes-Benz /8 (W114/W115) police limousine from the well-known Japanese brand Taiyo (model number C-507) from the early 1970s. The set comes in the **original packaging (OVP)**. Condition of car & box: • The car itself is in visually excellent condition. The paint/lithography shines beautifully; there are hardly any age- or play-related marks. The chrome parts and the siren light are completely intact. • The original packaging is in good condition for its age, has the usual storage marks on the edges (see photos), but is sturdy and the graphics are wonderfully vivid. Perfect as decorative display for the showcase! Important note on function (defect): The forward/backward switch on the wired remote is unfortunately missing. The model has therefore not been tested for operation and is expressly sold as a craft object / defect / display model. For seasoned collectors or tinkerers, replacing the switch or using it as a pure display piece is certainly no problem. Details: • Brand: Taiyo (Made in Japan) • Material: Tinplate (body) & plastic (remote/control/bottom) • Drive: Battery-powered via wired remote control

Estimate:£0.84
