Superb heavy art glass ball-form vase, mouth-blown, dating from the 1960s/1970s. • Glass work: Beautiful technical mastery combining a dark body speckled with inclusions of yellow ochre and gold pigments, contrasting with a flared neck whose interior is a totally opaque amber-orange. Heavy mouth-blown vase with a flat collar. Amber-brown mottled décor in a tortoiseshell pattern with strong inclusions. The material contains numerous small air bubbles trapped in the mass, a sign of entirely artisanal and authentic glassblowing work.
