1st edition, 1st printing. With a hand-written letter from the author laid in and SIGNED. A Very Good + book. 8vo., 226 pp., illustrated with a double page map frontispiece. Bound in the publisher's maroon cloth with gilt titles. Light edge wear, with a slightly darkened / sunned spine. Paper clip marks on the title page and table of contents page.
