First edition. Octavo. 330pp., illustrated from photographs. Green cloth gilt. Bookplate of Carl B. Scherzer, spine lettering a little dull, modest bump to the top of rear board, some small hand corrections in the text. Inscribed by the author to Clara R. and Standish Prescott in 1920.
