An aventurine quartz bead talisman with Arabic blessings words from the ancient Islamic culture, Silk Road, Central Asia. Second millennium AD. In good condition. It has been cleaned, but the nice antique patina is preserved. Traces of use and age on its surface. Purchased mid 90's in London by Dr. Zelnik on the local art market.
