Silver plaquette

Portapaz with a framework structure crowned by an engraved upper piece bearing a gilded Chi-Rho Christogram on an oval console, flanked by two stylized volutes in relief that form an S-shaped bracket and then flare out. The front is decorated with flowers in the corners and fragments of four-leaved flowers alternating with bands on the crossbars. The central gilded panel shows a scene set in an idealized landscape, with the young Jesus, standing on the left, and the young John the Baptist, kneeling on the right and pressing His feet. In the upper right corner a few angels or putti bear a cross.
