Simone Barbagallo, known as Simone Bowmar, began his artistic journey in the early 2000s. His career started with the use of spray paint, a technique that allowed him to explore and develop his unique style. Subsequently, he broadened his repertoire by experimenting with a variety of techniques and colors, always with a focus on innovation and exploration. His life philosophy is to focus on the positive, maintaining an optimistic and ambitious vision. Simone also stands out for his visionary approach, rejecting the traditional boundaries of contemporary art and always seeking new paths. His determination, combined with the ability to take small steps every day, drives him to pursue his dreams with passion and perseverance. He defines himself as a contemporary, unconventional artist, ready to leave a mark with his works. Art, for me, represents a form of life, an authentic expression of your thoughts, both positive and negative. I hope my paintings become a mirror of your emotions, but what emerges strongly is your willingness to always convey positivity. The bright colors I choose are not just an aesthetic element, but a deep message: an invitation to live each day away from evil, seeking beauty and hope in every moment. Your art thus becomes a path toward the light, an opportunity for those who observe it to find serenity, despite life’s challenges. Collections and International Presence Thanks to his ability to combine the aesthetic rigor of visionary contemporary art with the emotional vibration of color, his works have gradually won over an international audience. Today his paintings are housed in private collections across Europe.
