Vintage 1950s SIS-Licht Germany Gooseneck Desk Lamp – In excellent condition – No reserve. Authentic German Mid-Century Modern desk lamp by SIS-Licht, dating from the 1950s. The characteristic conical “witch-hat” shade features the original grey textured crinkle finish, combined with a flexible chrome gooseneck and distinctive heavy cast-metal base. A beautiful example of post-war German functional design, reflecting the Bauhaus-influenced emphasis on practicality, simplicity and industrial materials. The original white push-button switch is integrated into the base. The lamp is in excellent tested and working condition, with attractive signs of age and use that enhance its vintage character.
