Pedro Ximénez is a triple-aged rum: six years in the British Caribbean, followed by two to four years of aging in Ribera del Duero wine barrels, and then six months in Pedro Ximénez casks in Montilla. TASTING NOTES This is a pleasant rum with a smooth finish thanks to the Pedro Ximénez aging process. Notes of fig, raisin, cocoa, tobacco, coconut, and almond are evident. A rum that will surprise your palate. It can be enjoyed neat over ice or in a cocktail glass. ORIGIN: San Cristóbal y Nieves.
