Features Artist: SKE Title: Cap on the Horizon - Tintin x Porsche Format: A2 portrait - 59.4 × 42 cm Support: premium Hahnemühle art paper Limited edition: only 10 copies Signed and hand-numbered by the artist (number 02/10) Certificate of authenticity included Publisher: Atelier Montmartre Paris Sold unframed Sometimes all it takes is the rear view of a 911 for a passionate observer to instantly recognize a legend. In Cap on the Horizon, SKE brings together two worlds that share the same sense of escape: Tintin and Milou, timeless figures of European comics, and the Porsche 911 Carrera, the iconic silhouette of automotive history. Here, the Porsche is not just a decorative prop. Seen from the three-quarter rear, it asserts its lines, its full fenders, and that instantly recognizable presence that has made the 911 a passion object far beyond the world of cars. Facing it, Tintin and Milou gaze at the sea under a monumental full moon. The scene could be the last panel of a not-yet-existing album: a stop before the next departure, somewhere between travel, mystery and freedom. SKE deliberately plays with the meeting of two popular heritages. The Porsche collector finds the mechanical elegance and symbolic power of the Carrera; the Tintin enthusiast finds the call of the open sea, the faithful companion, and that feeling that an adventure can begin at the end of any road. The composition, both cinematic and graphic, transforms this unlikely encounter into a collectible image: a contemporary homage to those who love both beautiful machines and great stories. Art print A2 on Hahnemühle paper, edition limited to 10 copies, signed and numbered by SKE, accompanied by its certificate of authenticity. The artwork is sold unframed. A piece designed to naturally find its place in a Porsche collection, car or comics—and to inspire, every time you look at it, to head toward the horizon. - FRAMING TIPS Your artwork is shipped rolled and protected in a tube. Upon receipt, carefully remove it and lay it flat for 48 to 72 hours to allow it to regain its natural shape before framing. ISO formats (A3, A2, A1…) are very easy to frame with standard frames available in do-it-yourself or decoration stores. Personally, I use Leroy Merlin aluminum frames: simple, elegant and economical, they showcase the works perfectly. - ARTIST BIO: SKE is a self-taught French artist with a jack-of-all-trades approach who grew up in the 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large portion of their artistic work. They constantly explore new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stencil, graffiti, urban installations and digital art. Their dynamic, expressive compositions, often with a double meaning, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art. After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE’s market value has risen notably. Winner of the first prize at Urban Master (2023), then elected Artist of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025). SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" by the Opulence gallery in October and also gained a feature in an American art magazine confirming international recognition. Their works have already been exhibited at major venues in Europe, the United States and Asia, consolidating their place on the contemporary art scene. In parallel, SKE has also established a presence in the digital art market, a major trend of the past two years, enhancing the appeal of their creations to collectors. Icons of popular culture, bold graphics and texture play define a style now indispensable. SKE is undoubtedly an artist to watch, to start or enrich a collection with rising value. Artist Ranked & Awarded – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art A UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY SKE’s work sits in a prestigious lineage. His linework carries the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating the subversion of Banksy or pioneer Blek le Rat. His works create a bridge between eras: they revisit the classics, not shying away from reinterpreting Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to confront a modern urban aesthetic close to Mr Brainwash or Kaws. POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA Drawing on the collective imagination, SKE manipulates icons from our childhood. He stages the Disney universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and the symbolic greed of Scrooge McDuck. The influence of gaming, comics and graphic novels is omnipresent: from the Nintendo universe and the mythical Game Boy, to Pokémon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), via Marvel Super Heroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami. LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY In a style that sometimes recalls Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside luxury and fashion logos. His canvases capture the “Hype” aesthetic: you’ll encounter sneaker culture (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also incorporates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to mention mass-consumer icons like Coca-Cola. It’s vibrant art with textured finishes that evoke the glossy surface of a Jeff Koons piece or the facets of a Richard Orlinski. This artwork is ideal for enriching a collection or bringing a dynamic touch to your interior. - Instagram artist SKE: ske_shakeyourart
