- Limited edition of the artwork "Love Takes Off" by the artist SKE - Publisher: Atelier MONTMARTRE FineArt. - FineArt print on museum-quality Hahnemühle art paper. - ISO A3 format (42x29.7cm) easy to frame. - Edition number: 04/10 With Love Takes Off, SKE offers a poetic and urban work, in a limited edition of only 10 copies, in A2 format. This creation directly evokes the imagery of Banksy’s iconic The Girl with the Balloon, while twisting it into a broader, more spectacular reading. Here, the simple red balloon becomes a cloud of inflated hearts, almost excessive, almost uncontrollable. Love no longer floats gently: it lifts, overflows, and tears away from the ground. At the center of the composition, a small black-and-white silhouette seems to be imprisoned in a cage carried by these red balloons. The contrast is strong: the fragility of childhood against the power of dreams, confinement against the desire to escape, the cage against the impulse of the heart. SKE adopts the codes of street art, stenciling, drips and urban poetry to create an image that is immediately legible, yet filled with symbols. The heart-shaped balloons become at once a promise, an escape, a force of liberation. A work about love, hope, and that sliver of innocence that always seeks to rise above reality. A bold and highly decorative piece, ideal for collectors attentive to the world of contemporary street art, to references to Banksy, to visual poetry, to the red balloon, to childhood, to love, and to works with strong emotional charge. Edition limited to 10 copies Format: A3 Mixed media digital painting (Procreate AI Photoshop) Signed by the artist SKE Delivered with certificate of authenticity - ADVICE FOR FRAMING Your artwork is shipped rolled and protected in a tube. Upon receipt, remove it carefully and lay it flat for 48 to 72 hours so it naturally returns to shape before framing. ISO formats (A3, A2, A1, …) are very easy to frame with standard frames available in DIY or home decor stores. Personally, I use Leroy Merlin aluminum frames: simple, elegant and economical, they perfectly showcase the works. - ARTIST BIO: SKE is a French self-taught and versatile artist who grew up in the 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large portion of his creative output. He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stenciling, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with double meanings, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art. After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE’s market value has risen notably. Winner of the first prize at Urban Master contest (2023), then named Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025). SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" by the Opulence gallery in October, and he also benefited from a feature in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition. His works have already been exhibited in major venues in Europe, the United States and Asia, consolidating his place in the contemporary art scene. In parallel, SKE also makes his mark in the digital art market, a major trend of the last two years, reinforcing the appeal of his creations to collectors. Icons of popular culture, bold graphics and textured play characterize a style now essential. SKE is undoubtedly an artist to follow, to start or enrich a collection with rising value. Listed & Awarded Artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art A UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY SKE’s work fits into a prestigious lineage. His line combines the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating the subversion of Banksy or pioneer Blek le Rat. His works bridge the eras: they revisit the classics, not hesitating to twist Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to confront them with a modern urban aesthetic akin to Mr Brainwash or Kaws. POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA Drawing from the collective imagination, SKE manipulates icons of our childhood. He stages Disney’s universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and Scrooge’s symbolic greed. The influence of gaming, comics, and graphic novels is omnipresent: from the Nintendo universe and the legendary Game Boy, to Pokemon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), and the Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami. LUXE, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY In a style sometimes reminiscent of Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside logos of luxury and fashion giants. His canvases capture the “Hype” aesthetic: you encounter the sneaker world (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also incorporates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to mention mass consumer icons like Coca-Cola. It is vibrant art, with textured finishes sometimes reminiscent of Jeff Koons’ glossy surfaces or the facets of Richard Orlinski. This work is ideal for enriching a collection or adding a dynamic touch to your interior.
