Slightly Askew - William Yates

Slightly Askew by William Yates Painting 24.0 x 20.0 :: This new work is as the name applies slightly askew. In most of my painting precise fitting shapes are the norm in this work I purpose allowed lines to not align or fit together. You will notice lines that change their angle at intersections etc. I used a strictly black and white palate i mixed paint to make grays and shades. i also added matte or glossy medium to some the shapes. the only other color are the green gold parts. some say this resembles cut wood I leave that to you to decide! :: Type: Painting Medium: Acrylic Style: Abstract Subject: Geometric Width: 24.0 Height: 20.0 Depth: 0.8 Weight: 2 lbs Framed: no :: All art on Zatista is original and signed.
