Snuff bottle - Glaze, Copper - Snuff bottle, Qing Dynasty

A refined Chinese snuff bottle in cloisonné enamel, Qing Dynasty, 19th century. On a turquoise ground, an elegant palette of coral red, yellow, white, green, and cobalt blue is framed by slender gold filaments. Two shaped cartouches house the “studio treasures”: a vase with a flowering prunus branch, scrolls, the Hand of Buddha, a brush holder, and a cup with plants. On the side bands, lotuses bloom among arabesques, while the neck and shoulder are punctuated by ru yi clouds and a petal-framed border. The foot with lobes, the mouth, and the base are in gilded metal with a pleasant patina of use. Complete with cloisonné stopper with an ivory-colored spoon. Period: Qing Dynasty Height: 6.5 cm Condition: excellent condition (Please refer to the images).
