Sodalite Step Design Ring

ESTIMATED RETAIL PRICE: $2,500 * *This is the estimated value a piece of similar quality, craftsmanship, and characteristics could command at retail. Sodalite, with its deep royal blue body color and distinctive white calcite veining, is one of the most visually arresting opaque gem materials and one of the least commonly encountered in a fine ring setting. The three-step-down shank motif and bark finish give the setting a strong architectural character that frames the broad sodalite tablet rather than competing with it. The 17.2-gram weight communicates the material commitment of the piece in hand.
