This striking leather sofa from the 1970s impresses with its generous, voluminous form and exceptionally comfortable seating. The deeply padded seating areas, softly contoured backrests, and sturdy padded armrests give the sofa a distinctive lounge character. The black leather shows an authentic, charming patina with natural folds and visible signs of wear. Especially on the armrests there are clear cracks and fine tension- or aging traces in the leather. These signs of use are visible and are deliberately preserved as part of the original vintage character. The distinctive side corded lacing with metal eyelets, as well as the decorative buttons, emphasize the handcrafted look of the sofa. The combination of sturdy padding, soft leather, and the characteristic details makes this sofa a striking piece of furniture from its era. The sofa is overall in a sturdy and used vintage condition.
