SONA (1989) - Station de Metro - Urban Collection

The Artist: SONA Originally from Paris, SONA is a committed artist whose creative essence draws its roots from the pure subversion of the underground graffiti movement, having forged her first skills in the arteries of the Paris metro. Over the years, SONA has built a prolific and radical body of work, passionately pushing the boundaries of urban expression. Her singular aesthetic and bold vision quickly elevated her to the status of a key figure in the contemporary scene. Deeply rooted in artistic activism, SONA orchestrates impactful urban interventions. Her work questions established dogmas and denounces the excesses of contemporary capitalism. Her art, resolutely subversive, proclaims absolute freedom of expression in the face of a surveillance society. She is today waging a fierce struggle against the growing hegemony of artificial intelligence in the art world. In addition to solo productions, SONA is an active member of the avant-garde collective NBZ (Our Beautiful Zone), a breeding ground for artists elevating urban art to the status of a true societal mirror. Represented by prestigious galleries in France and Belgium, her work has managed to seduce and conquer collectors around the world. Provenance and Shipping Authenticity: The artwork is delivered in flawless condition, preserving all of its plastic integrity. It comes with its original certificate of authenticity, signed in SONA's own hand. Transport and Logistics: As an exceptional piece of great fragility, the work will benefit from tailor-made packaging. It will be reinforced with specific protections guaranteeing highly secure shipping, in accordance with the institutional standards of art transport. ATTENTION: FRAME NOT INCLUDED
