Stephane Auger Patinated Brass & Copper Kaleidoscope

Stephane Auger kaleidoscope with a hand-worked copper and brass body featuring a textured, granular surface interrupted by polished, meandering bands. The eyepiece end is impressed with the numbers 1987 and 1651, alongside the initials SA. The distal end houses a dry-chamber object cell containing multi-colored glass fragments and lamp-worked filaments, which are reflected through an internal three-mirror system to create a five-point star mandala.
