Military watch for the U.S. Armed Forces, circa 1992 watch case: Glass-fiber-reinforced synthetic resin, monocoque, diameter approx. 38 mm movement: Hand-wound, Caliber ETA 2801, 17 jewels dial: Black, Arabic numerals, central seconds hand accessories: Plastic pin buckle The Stocker & Yale 490 was a rugged military watch for general use that entered service in the late 1980s. The tritium luminous material in this reference is encapsulated in glass tubes to comply with strict regulations regarding potential radiation exposure. The dial is marked “H3.” This watch still features its original plastic strap. Glass partially scratched
