Elegant swiveling piano stool adjustable in height, dating from the late 19th century – early 20th, in the Victorian style. It stands out for its structure in noble wood, finely carved and turned, with pillars and details very well defined. It presents a satin patina appropriate to its age, cared for and stabilized with virgin waxes, which guarantees its conservation and authenticity. The round seat is upholstered with a Petit Point cushion woven by hand, in reds, greens and golds. The fabric shows wear consistent with its age and use, unequivocal proof of its artesanal origin and its story. The edge is finished with metal tacks that reinforce its classic character. It features a screw-turning mechanism, fully functional, that allows adjusting the seat height— a characteristic system of Victorian piano stools (c. 1837–1901). Its design of three turned legs provides stability and elegance, being a format highly sought after by collectors. An authentic piece, scarce and highly decorative, perfect for interiors with character, music studios, classical environments, or collections of historical furniture. Even more beautiful in hand than in images. Very well preserved, wood cared for with virgin waxes, chair over 100 years old; it is worth noting wear on the upholstery in keeping with its age and use.
