Stool - Wood - Saddle Stool arts and crafts

Features of the piece of furniture • Seat: The stool features an ergonomically shaped, kidney-shaped seat that resembles a saddle (also called a bum-shaped seat). This design was originally used to increase seating comfort during long-term use. • Legs: The stool stands on four turned wooden legs. The grooves and rings in the wood are characteristic of traditional woodturning. • Connections: The legs are interconnected with wooden stretchers for extra strength and stability; one is missing, but that was long ago removed at the front. • Style and Origin: This type of furniture is strongly inspired by the Arts & Crafts movement or the traditional rural-/farmhouse style (rustic farmhouse). Photos are part of the description. It is well packaged and shipped with a track and trace code.
