Studio Del Campo - Del Campo - Centrepiece - Enamelled copper, gold leaf

Refined modernist tray, made between the 1960s and 1970s by Studio Del Campo of Turin, is a fine example of high Italian craftsmanship. The square structure in gran-fire enamelled copper stands out for its gilded border with a granular texture, which frames a central insert in repousé and darkened silver. The plaque depicts stylized human figures in motion, embellished with gold leaf details, creating an elegant chromatic and tactile contrast of great impact.
