Somogy éditions d'art, 2007, softcover book with 144 full color pages, French language Condition is very good, no writing or stamps, see photo's. In 1897, the Muller brothers opened a glassworks near Lunéville, specializing in the production of vases, which quickly became one of the most creative and daring in its field. Characterized by great technical complexity and a typically Art Nouveau naturalist repertoire, where plants, insects, nocturnal animals, and marine life flourish, both sumptuous and stylized, the Muller style closely resembles that of the famous Nancy School. This book focuses on the Muller family's golden age—the period of activity from 1897 to 1914—and invites readers to (re)discover the journey of these brothers who, like Gallé and Daum, established their company as one of the greatest in the prestigious Lorraine glassmaking tradition.
