(t) RUSSIA. Ruble, 1840-CNB HT (4/3). St. Petersburg Mint. Nicholas I. NGC EF Details. KM-C-168.1; Bit-190 var. (regular date). Type with "eagle of 1841" and with wreath of seven elements. Variety with "ZOL 82" edge. Though not straight-graded, this overdate variety does not come with a designation as to why from NGC. Lightly circulated, with a pleasing overall appearance and a fairly clear "3" under the "4" in the date--a seemingly RARE aspect. Estimate: $550 - $800. Provenance: From the Sigma Collection. Click here for certification details from NGC. 1840-CNB HT(4/3)年俄羅斯1盧布銀幣。 (t) This lot was manufactured in China (including Hong Kong), Russia or Republic of Belarus and was sourced from outside the United States for this auction after tariffs were enacted by the United States.
