ARTIS Art Gallery: The renewal of artistic authenticity In a world where art has too often become a mass-market product, where name replaces talent and where industrial production replaces the hand of the artist, ARTIS Art Gallery is committed to selling only works that meet absolute standards of excellence. Our mission is simple but radical: to restore the noble status of authentic creation. Our commitment: true art, with courageous and, most of all, hardworking artists. We travel across Asia in search of genuine talents, artists whose work is not reduced to a commercial strategy. For us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets strict criteria: 100% Handmade: Each work is the result of meticulous artisanal work, where the artist's hand is the sole motor of creation. Guaranteed uniqueness: We reject industrial reproduction, subcontracting, and factory-style production systems. What you acquire is a unique work, conceived and realized by the artist themselves. The signature as commitment: each work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not merely ceremonial; it’s the seal of authenticity and proof that the artist fully assumes the work from the initial sketch to the finish. We reject board signatures (printed signatures); only hand-signed signatures are accepted, otherwise we refuse the works. Against "Art Marketing" We firmly oppose the current trend of selling “names” rather than works. Buying a “decorative” piece produced in series, without real intervention by the artist, is like buying a fashion accessory: its value fades as soon as the marketing tires. We prefer to rely on the intrinsic quality of the artwork. An artist who takes time to create, who shapes every detail and invests their soul in their work is the one who will leave a lasting imprint. While we cannot predict the future, we deeply believe that these authentic works are the only investments that, over time, gain depth, emotion, and value, where purely promotional products fade away. Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery? By choosing a work with us, you do not simply acquire an Art object. You support: 1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to make a living from their art without compromising their integrity. 2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your piece and how it was realized. A true guarantee of acquiring a work created by the artist themselves, not a vulgar subcontracting, under the pretext that the artist is already known in the art world. 3. Long-term investment: You invest in an artistic reality rather than a marketing illusion. 4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your piece and how it was realized. A real guarantee of obtaining a work created by the artist themselves, and not a crude subcontracting, is the bond between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience, and talent. Enter a collection where each work tells a true story. Yours begins here with the acquisition, right now, of this work selected by ARTIS Art Gallery. Contact us: artisartgallery.assistant@gmail.com Biography of TA Duy Tung (1961). Born in 1961 in Hai Phong, Vietnam. Ta Duy Tung is a contemporary Vietnamese painter born in 1961 in Hai Phong. A respected figure on his hometown’s art scene, he has developed a unique visual language that oscillates between psychological realism and lyrical abstraction. Style and Artistic Vision His work is distinguished by a deep exploration of the human figure, often staged in fragmented or partially hidden compositions. Through the use of strong chromatic contrasts—such as the shift from black and white to bold color touches, or the opposition between dark backgrounds and warm flesh tones—he captures the subject’s inner life. • The Gaze and Silence: His portraits, whether frontal or profile, exude a melancholic serenity. The attention to the details of the gaze or the contour of a face shows great technical mastery. • Technique: The artist engages with material, using broad, textured brushstrokes to create effects of movement or fading, often symbolizing the passage of time or the duality of identity. Themes Themes of femininity, urban memory, and traditional culture are at the heart of his work. Whether through silhouettes of phantom cities rising behind a face or the elegance of a woman adorned with ethnic motifs, Ta Duy Tung weaves a link between Vietnam’s cultural heritage and introspective modernity. Today, his paintings are appreciated for their ability to evoke immediate emotion, inviting the viewer on a journey beyond the image, into the recesses of the human soul.
