Vintage swiveling industrial work lamp – 1940s/1950s Splendid and sturdy workshop/workbench lamp in full industrial style (Machine Age), dating to the mid-20th century. This model was originally installed on precision machinery (such as lathes or milling machines) or technical drawing tables. • Structure: Two-section articulating arm made of black-painted metal, with a beautiful original patina from the era. • Adjustments: Central joint with the characteristic vintage crank handle for quick manual tightening. • Base: Original cap-style mount with three-screw locking, originally designed for 360° rotation on work surfaces. • Diffuser: Bulbous-conical shade in black metal, ivory-glazed interior for perfect light refraction. • Electrical system: Original lampholder with a large E27 socket. Period wiring checked and fully functional (as visible in the photo, the switch is missing). An authentic piece of industrial modernism, perfect for lofts, architectural studios, or as a unique design statement for a modern desk. • Period: 1940s / 1950s • Material: Iron, steel, enamel • Country of origin: Europe (Italy / Germany) • Conditions: Good vintage condition, functional. Shows normal signs of wear and aging on the paint that certify its authenticity and industrial charm.
